iEZPro provides digital services and products. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review the terms below before placing an order.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your account balance within 3–5 business days. Cash or payment gateway refunds may take longer depending on your payment provider.
To request a refund, please contact us with your Order ID and reason via Telegram.
Since all our products and services are digital, physical returns are not applicable. In cases where a digital product is defective or not as described, please contact support within 48 hours of purchase.
