Cancellation Policy

At iEZPro, we strive to provide fast and reliable service. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Please read this policy carefully before submitting any order.

2. Order Cancellation Window

Orders that have already been submitted to the processing system cannot be cancelled. Cancellation is only possible for orders that are still in Pending status and have not yet been processed.

To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible via Telegram.
