Protected scripts. Source code is encrypted — not readable via curl. After run you will see IEZPro: loading... for ~2–3 seconds, then the IEZPro banner.
Recovery Terminal only. Do not double-click in Finder. Always use xattr -cr after download (fixes “contains malware” warning). WiFi required. Serial must be registered — otherwise ACCESS DENIED.
After script runs: Choose option 1, press Enter as prompted, then restart and create a new admin account (see Method 1 / 2 below).
Troubleshooting: If nothing happens → re-download (old unprotected file on server). If “decode failed” → run step-by-step commands below. If “curl not found” → connect WiFi in Recovery first.

Method 1 — Customer reset the computer

  1. Hold the power button until MacBook turns off.
  2. Hold Command + R until Apple logo appears — installation screen.
  3. On installation screen, open Terminal: Shift + Command + T or Utilities → Terminal. Paste the IEZMDMV2 command from above (wait for IEZPro: loading... then banner).
  4. Enter option 1, press Enter 3 times. Restart Mac.
  5. System Settings → Users & Groups → Create administrator account.
  6. Log out → Login with new account.
  7. Remove old administrator account and all folders/files.

Method 2 — Full macOS install + reset MDM

  1. Mac off → hold Option + Command + R → globe → internet password → delete disk Macintosh HD → install.
  2. After install, at language screen → hold power until off.
  3. Boot again with Option + Command + R → globe → install screen.
  4. Open Terminal → paste IEZMDMV2 command → wait for banner → option 1 → Enter 4 times → wait success → restart.
  5. Create admin account → log out → login new account → remove old admin.
